Experience is not always required, however, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are definite assets. Merle Norman training is provided in the product knowledge of skin care, makeup, makeup artistry, and sales techniques. Teamwork is always of the utmost importance, and salaries are commission based. Successful applicants must be available to work any days, including late shifts.
