    • This will be my first time in your shop. Do I need to bring any personal stuff with me?

      No, but please arrive 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment. If you are a first time guest, we will require some personal details to ensure your utmost comfort during your time with us.

    • My children are with me. Can they wait in the shop while I'm getting a service?

      This is your time to relax and rejuvenate. In order to ensure a premium experience for yourself and others, please leave children at home.

    • Can I have my mobile phone with me while in the session?

      Yes, but for your enjoyment and safety, we ask all clients to avoid cell phone use during spa services.

    • Can I arrive for my facial appointment with makeup on?

      Yes, that is not a problem. Our facials will always involve a thorough cleansing of your skin at the beginning of the facial to remove any make up.

    • How often should I come in for facials?

      The frequency of facials may be different depending upon skin type and desired goals. Our aestheticians will help you develop a treatment strategy that best suits your personal needs and goals.

    • My plans are changed. Can I cancel my appointment?

      As our spa is very busy we request 24 hours notice of cancellation so that we may fill the appointment time for another guest.

    • I'm running late, what should I do?

      If you are going to be late arriving for your spa appointment, please call our reception at 403-252-7618 to let us know. If you are too late then we may need to reduce your appointment time so as to not inconvenience our next guest.

    • May I bring a beverage in for my appointment?

      We provide complimentary coffee, tea, herbal teas, Apple cider, hot chocolate and filtered water.
