FOR YOUR SAFETY:
In our spa we will always ensure your safety by utilizing medical-grade sterilization procedures. All implements are auto-claved in sterile disposible packages. All nail fils are disposible single-use files.

FOR YOUR COMFORT:
Arriving Early: Please try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows you to relax and unwind prior to your service. If you are late, it may be necessary to shorten or re-schedule you appointment so as not to delay our next appointment.
Children: We regret that we are unable to accomodate small children in our treatment rooms.
Cancellations: Please provide a full 48 hours notice of cancellation for all spa packages, and 24 hours notice for all other services. A service charge of 50% will be applied to the credit card use to guarantee your appointment, should notice of cancellation not be provided. |
